Governor Herbert’s Choose Health Challenge

This health challenge was conceived by Dr. David Patton, Director of the Utah Department of Health, and enthusiastically adopted by Governor Gary Herbert. As part of the vision of Utah being a place where all people can enjoy the best health possible, Utah leaders are invited to set an example for their employees and the public by committing to engage in a healthy behavior over a 10-week period. Participants can earn points for themselves and their agencies during the course of the challenge.
